Overview: This article intends to provide an overview and sequential steps on Global Head Notifications for Facility Contacts.
Two types of notifications can be seen Facility Notifications and Volunteer Notifications.
Administrative Access: A minimum Access Level of Facilities is needed to follow these steps.
Facility Notifications
Step 1 From the Global Header, click the Notifications Icon.
- Note: An orange dot indicates a new notification.
- Facility Assigned Notifications are produced when a Branch, Regional, or Zone Contact adds a Primary Contact or an Assistant Contact to a facility.
- Facility Contact Update Notifications are produced when a Branch, Regional, or Zone Contact modifies a Primary Contact or an Assistant Contact at a facility. All other Facility Contacts attached to the facility will see the notifications excluding the person.
Step 2 Click on Facility Details for information regarding the facility.
Step 3 To clear a notification click on the Arrow Icon.
Volunteer Notification
Step 1 From the Global Header, click the Notifications Icon.
- Note: An orange dot indicates a new notification.
- Volunteer Added Notifications are produced when a Branch, Regional, or Zone Contact adds a new Volunteer to a facility.
- Volunteer Removed Notifications are produced when a Branch, Regional, or Zone Contact removes a Volunteer from a facility.
- All Facility Contacts attached to the facility will receive the notifications.
Step 2 Click on Volunteer Details for information regarding the volunteer.
- The Volunteer Removed Notification will not provide Volunteer Details.
Step 3 To clear a notification click on the X Icon.
