Overview: This article is intended to provide a series of steps for the Facilities Settings drawer which enables the user to allow or disallow scheduling for meetings and shifts, and whether to allow activity reporting for resident publishers.
Type of Administrative Access: Access Level needed to follow this article is Zone.
- Note: Facility Contact will have limited editing permissions.
Step 1 From the Navigation Panel, click Facilities.
Step 2 Locate the appropriate Facility Name, and click on the Ellipsis, then select Settings.
- Note: The Facility Settings drawer displays the name of the selected facility and has options to enable or disable shifts, meetings, or resident publisher service reports.
- Disabling selected features will delete any existing shifts, meetings, or publisher records associated with the facility.
Step 3 For Shifts, enabling the Toggle Switch allows shifts to be scheduled at the facility for approved volunteers to preach to residents. The ShiftsTab will display on the FacilityLanding Page.
- Disabling the Toggle Switch will remove the Shifts Tab from the Facility and will delete any existing shifts. A warning will be displayed.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Step 4 For Meetings, enabling the Toggle Switch allows meetings to be scheduled at the facility for approved volunteers to attend and be assigned parts. The Meetings Tab will display on the facility Landing Page.
- Disabling the Toggle Switch will remove the Meetings Tab from the Facility and will delete any existing meetings. A warning will be displayed.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Step 5 For Resident Publisher Service Reports, enabling the Toggle Switch allows monthly field service to be recorded for resident publishers and sent to the appropriate congregation contact on file. The Activity Tab will display on the facility Landing Page.
- Disabling the Toggle Switch will remove the Activity Tab from the Facility and will delete any existing Resident Publisher Records. A warning will be displayed.
- Click Save to save your changes.
