Do you need to reset your Gate Access password? Whether you forgot your password or simply want to change it, we can help!

To begin, go to the Gate Access login page and click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom of the login screen.

At the “Forgot Password?” screen, enter the email address associated with your Gate Access account and click “Submit.” A  confirmation message lets you know that an email with a password reset link is on the way. Look for an email in your inbox from noreply@gateaccess.org. If you can’t find it, try checking your spam or junk folder.

Open the email and click the “Reset Password” link.

Enter your new password in both boxes and click “Submit”. On the next screen Click Continue. This redirects you to the login screen. Enter your username, which is your email address, your new password, and click “Log In.”

What if you’re already logged in to Gate Access and want to change your password.  In this case, go to your volunteer profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen. If you haven’t uploaded a picture of yourself, a gray silhouette of a person appears instead. In either case, click on the picture and from the list of options, click on “Log Out”.

On the Log Out page, click “Log In”. Once you are at the Gate Access login page,  simply follow the steps you saw earlier in this video.

Thank you for your service, and remember, from log in to log out, we’re here to help!
