The following video demonstrates how a Gate Access Volunteer logs in for the first time and what you can do if you have any problems logging:
Logging in to Gate Access
Are you ready to log in to Gate Access for the first time? Are you
having trouble logging in? We can help!
If this is your first time logging in to Gate Access, you will need your
registration email. If you can’t find it, try checking your spam or
junk folder. You can also try searching your emails for the sender
“noreply@gateaccess.org” or for key words such as “Gate Access”.
In the registration email take note of your username, which is your
email address, and your temporary password. You may want to
copy the temporary password so that you can easily paste it later.
Next, click the “Log in here” link to automatically be taken to the
login page of Gate Access. Or you can manually enter the URL into
your browser.[“https://gateaccess.org”]
At the login screen, enter your email address and temporary
password exactly as they appear in the registration email. You can
double check your password by clicking the "eye" icon to make it
visible. Click “Log In.”
Next, you need to create your own unique password. This will be
your new, permanent password, so make sure you keep it safe and
secure! Enter the password into both boxes and click “Submit.” This
redirects you back to the login screen. Enter your email address
along with your new, personal password and click “Log In.”
When you see the “My Ministry” landing page you have
successfully logged in to Gate Access!
When you’re ready to log out, simply click on your profile picture
and select “Log out.” If you are sharing a device, make sure your
account stays secure by closing all browsers and tabs associated
with Gate Access.
Are you having trouble logging in? Here are a few things to try:
First, make sure you are using either Microsoft Edge or Google
Chrome. Other browsers may cause unexpected errors.
Second, make sure you are correctly entering the email address
associated with your Gate Access account. Verify that you have
entered the correct password. You can double check your
password by clicking the "eye" icon to make it visible.
Third, you can use “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. This
is covered in a separate video.
If you still can’t log in, you have two options: you can contact your
overseer for help, or you can request assistance from Support
personnel by clicking the “Trouble Logging In?” link. Complete the
form by entering the email address associated with your Gate
Access account along with a detailed description of the issue and
then click “Send.”
Thank you for your service, and remember, from log in to log out,
we’re here to help!
