Overview: This article intends to provide a series of steps for a volunteer to submit a support ticket to the Gate Access Support Team after logging into Gate Access.

  • Note: For issues logging into Gate Access, use the Trouble Logging In? feature from the sign-in page.


 

Step 1 After logging into Gate Access, you will be directed to the My Ministry landing page.  To view text articles or videos, click on the Help Icon then select Visit Help Center.  

  • Note: A new window will open with the Gate Access Assist webpage.

 


 


Step 2 To open a support ticket, click on the Help Icon then Open Support Ticket.  

  • The requestor field will populate with your Gate Access email address. Leave the email address as defaulted. 
  • Enter the Subject and Description.  In the description, please provide a brief, detailed description of the issue. 
  • Once complete, click Submit.

Step 3 Once submitted, a confirmation will display. A Support Agent will respond to you via email in a timely manner.
