Overview: This article is intended to provide an overview of the specific features and functionality of the Settings module.
Type of System Access: The Access Level needed to follow this article is Regional.
The Settings module includes several features under the Organization Card and the System Configuration Card.
Organization Card
Zones
Zones will give you the ability to Add or Edit a Zone, which will also hold the Zone Info, Zone Contacts, and Facilities, Congregations and Circuits within the Zone.
Congregations
Congregations will give you the ability to Add a new congregation or review congregation information within your region. You will see the congregation Name, congregation Number, Circuit, Zone, Language and Email. You can also Edit or Delete congregation information.
Circuits
Circuits will give you the ability to Add a new Circuit. You will also see the Circuit Name, the Zone, Circuit Overseer and Mobile. You can also Edit or Delete circuit information from this screen.
System Configuration Card
Document Categories
There are 2 areas in Gate Access where you have the option to upload files: Facilities, and Volunteers. Document Categories helps you keep uploaded files organized by creating categories for Facility Documents and Volunteer Documents. You can Add, Edit or Delete a Category.
Application Steps Templates
The Applications Steps Templates will allow you to add a new template and customize the standard application template to meet the specific needs of the region, a zone, or an individual facility to managing applications. You will have the option to Add a new Step Template. You will see the Name of previously created templates, the Description of each template and the option to Edit or Delete.
These Application Step Templates can be added to applications when creating a New Applicant under the Application Steps tab.
- Note: Only one Application Template can be added to an application. an be added to an application.
