Overview:   This article is intended to provide a series of steps on how to add or change your Gate Access Profile Picture. 

 

Add a Profile Photo 

Step 1 From the Avatar Icon dropdown menu, select My Profile. 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2 Under the Profile Photo card, click on + Add.

  • Note: + Add will display, the first time a photo is uploaded. Edit will display when changing a photo. 

 



Step 3 From the Add Profile Photo drawer, select a photo from your local drive by using the Drag and Drop feature or click on Browse Files. 

  • Note: The photo must be JPG or PNG file format. 

 


Step 5  Click Save.

 

 

 

 

Change a Profile Photo 

Step 1 From the Avatar Icon dropdown menu, select My Profile. 

 

 

 

 

Step 2 Under the Profile Photo card, click on Edit.

  • Note: + Add will display, the first time a photo is uploaded. Edit will display when changing a photo. 

 


Step 3 From the Edit Profile Photo drawer, click on Delete Photo.  

 


Step 4 Under the Profile Photo card, click on + Add.

 

Step 5 From the Add Profile Photo drawer, select a photo from your local drive by using the Drag and Drop feature or click on Browse Files. 

  • Note: The photo must be JPG or PNG file format. 

 


Step 6  Click Save.
