Overview: This article is designed to assist you, the Volunteer, with resetting your password while working with Gate Access.
How to reset your password from outside the Gate Access Application?
Step 1 On the gateaccess.org login page, click on Forgot Password.
Step 2 Enter your email address associated with your Gate Access account in the email box and click Submit. You will receive an email from noreply@gateaccess.org that will guide you in resetting your email. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not receive an email.
- Note: A confirmation page will load confirming an email has been sent to you.
Step 3 Within the email that you received, click the Reset Password hyperlink.
Step 4 Enter your new password in both boxes and click Submit to finalize the change. After changing your password, you will be directed back to the login screen. Enter your username (your email address) and the new password you just created.
How to reset your password from inside the Gate Access Application?
Step 1 In the Gate Access Application, click your volunteer profile in the upper right. From the dropdown list, click Log Out.
Step 2 On the Log Out page, click the Log In button.
Step 3 On the gateaccess.org login page, click on Forgot Password.
Step 4 Enter your email address associated with your Gate Access account in the email box and click Submit. You will receive an email from noreply@gateaccess.org that will guide you in resetting your email. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not receive an email.
