From Outside the Application


Step 1 Select Forgot Password from the main login screen.

Step 2 Enter your username for Gate Access and click the Login button.




Step 3 Check your email for an email from noreply@gateaccess.org.  Remember to check your junk/spam folder.  From within the email, click Reset Password


Step 4 Enter the same password in both boxes. When both passwords are the same, you will see the Submit button.  Click on Show to see your entered password.

From Within the Application


Step 1 Click Profile from the left hand menu.



Step 2 From the bottom of the profile screen select Reset Password. 



Step 3 Enter the same password in both boxes. When both passwords are the same, you will see the Submit button.  Click on Show to see your entered password.
