In Part 2 of this three-part series about the Residents tab, you’ll learn how to use the Resident Notes feature. This feature allows you to add new notes, review existing notes, and edit or delete notes. To begin Part 2, Play the video below.

Important Points to Remember:

  • Click on a resident’s name on the Residents tab to see the Resident Details page, which includes the Resident Notes card.

  • Remember to check the Bible Study? box when a note relates to Bible study activity.

  • Don’t worry if you need to change a note after you’ve entered it—you can always view, edit, and delete notes right on this page.
