Step 1 From your calendar home screen, select Facilities from the left tool bar.
Step 2 Select Add Facility from the right side of screen.
Step 3 Here you will enter the Facility information. Make sure to include the time zone from the drop down box. Enter the minimum required for meeting attendance and the maximum. If you don't know enter 2 for min. and 99 for max. and the Facility Contact person can change it later. Enter the Facility Location Type from the drop down box.
Step 4 Under Contact, Select the Contact Person (Overseer) for this Facility from the drop down box. If their name is NOT in the drop down box, you must first add them as a volunteer. (See knowledge article HOW TO ADD VOLUNTEERS)
Select Create when done.
