Step 1.  From Calendar Home Page, Select Meetings from Left Toolbar.



Step 2.   From Meetings Page, Select Add Meeting on Right Side of Screen




Step 3.   Using the Drop Down Box, Select The Facility You Want. If the Facility is Not in The Drop Down, You Must First Add the Facility ( See Knowledge Article on How to Add A Facility)  Next, Select Manual Meeting. (If this is a Recurring Meeting Every Week You Can Add a Meeting Template  (See How to Add a Meeting Template Knowledge Article)   Select Go When Done



Step 4.    Here you Will Add The New Meeting Date and Time (Make Sure to Include AM/PM) and Additional Location if Needed (Chapel, Visitation, etc. )  




Step 5.     If this is a Study Group (Lesson From Good News Brochure, Etc) Vs a Meeting (Watchtower or Talk) Select the Box Study Group.  IF This is a Meeting Select the Small Plus Sign and Then Add Your Meeting Assignments Using The Drop Down Box.  If No Parts are In Your Drop Down Box You Must Add Them First  



Step 6.   Select the Small Plus Sign to Add Additional Meetings Parts. You Can Assign The Meeting Parts to Volunteers Now or at a Later Date.  When Done, Select Create.





Step 7.    After Selecting Create, You will See Your Meeting is Scheduled. You Can Select the Edit Icon to Make Changes as Needed.
