Step 1  From the calendar home screen, go to your drop down menu. 




Step 2  Select the facility you want from the drop down box.

NOTE If you don't see the facility,  you must first be added by the facility contact person.




Step 3   The calendar will highlight days that meetings and shifts are scheduled In this facility.




Step 4  If you select a highlighted day, a note will appear at the bottom of the calendar letting you know if this is a scheduled meeting or general access in that facility and if there is availability.





Step 5   Select the access note at the bottom of the calendar to request attendance to this meeting. A pop up box will appear to the right of the calendar.  Select Attend.

NOTE You can also request an assignment for this meeting by selecting the box Request Assignment.


Step 6   After you select Attend, you will immediately receive a pop up box that shows you have been added

 to attend this meeting.  Select OK.




Step 7  If you look back at your Personal Calendar it will highlight meetings and general access that are assigned to you.




Step 8  If you select any of the highlighted dates, a pop up box will appear to let you know if this is a meeting or general access.



Step 9  If you select the note at the bottom of the calendar a pop up box will appear to the right of the calendar with more information. If you did not select an assignment earlier, you can request one here, otherwise you are going in as an attendee only.



 NOTE  If you need to cancelselect Delete.
